Common Login & Authentication Issues
Most login issues have straightforward solutions. Here are the most common problems and how to fix them.
"Invalid credentials" Error
Double-check that you are using the correct email address — the one you signed up with. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link via email. The link expires after 1 hour.
Session Expired
Kazi sessions last for 30 days with activity. If you have been inactive for an extended period, you will need to log in again. If your session expires frequently (more than once a day), try clearing your browser cookies for the Kazi domain and logging in fresh.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If you have enabled MFA and cannot access your authenticator app, use one of the backup codes provided when you set up MFA. If you have lost your backup codes, contact support@kazi.com with your account email — we will verify your identity and help you regain access.
Browser Compatibility
Kazi works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. If you experience display issues or features not working, update your browser to the latest version. Disable browser extensions temporarily to rule out conflicts — ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes interfere with authentication.
Still Cannot Log In?
If none of the above solutions work, email support@kazi.com with your account email, the browser you are using, and a screenshot of any error message. Our team typically responds within a few hours during business days.
