How do clients pay the invoice?
Each invoice includes a Paystack pay link. Clients pay by card, bank transfer, mobile money, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no account needed. Payments settle to you in South African Rand.
Can it handle international clients?
Yes. The invoice sets the client's currency by their country and shows the exact amount before they confirm. International card payments settle to you in ZAR; the client's bank handles the conversion.
Does it calculate tax correctly?
KAZI applies the discount before tax (the correct order) and localises tax names and rates for 23 countries, including VAT for South African businesses. Always confirm your own tax position with your accountant.
