Scope of work generator: common questions

Is this scope of work generator really free?
Yes. No signup, no trial clock, and nothing over your content: the full scope stays editable on screen. We ask for your email when you download, print or copy the finished document; one email unlocks exports on every KAZI free tool. The PDF carries one small "Created free with KAZI" footer line, and a free KAZI account removes it. What should a scope of work include?
A good scope of work covers six things: an overview of the project, the deliverables, milestones with dates, what is explicitly NOT included (exclusions), how many revision rounds are included, and acceptance criteria that define when work is done. This generator produces all six as an editable document.
Why do exclusions matter so much?
Most scope creep is not bad faith, it is ambiguity. Writing down what is NOT included ("anything not listed above", "new requests are quoted as change orders") gives you a polite, professional line to point to when the project grows. The generator drafts project-specific exclusions you can edit.
What is an acceptance criterion on a scope of work?
It is the agreed test for "done": how each deliverable is submitted, how long the client has to review, and what counts as approval. Clear acceptance criteria prevent the endless "one more tweak" phase and give you a defensible point to invoice from.
