Free proposal generator: common questions

Is this AI proposal generator really free?
Yes. No signup, no trial clock, and nothing over your content: the full proposal stays editable on screen. We ask for your email when you download, print or copy the finished document; one email unlocks exports on every KAZI free tool. The PDF carries one small "Created free with KAZI" footer line, and a free KAZI account removes it. A free KAZI account also adds sending, online acceptance and invoicing on acceptance, but the generator itself is free.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT for a proposal?
The result is a structured document, not a wall of text: overview, scope of work, timeline, an investment table with correct totals in your currency, and next steps. Every section is editable in place and the download is a designed PDF you can send as-is.
What details should I enter for the best proposal?
The client name, a project title, a short description of the work, your deliverables (one per line), your total price and a timeline. The more specific your description and deliverables, the more tailored the generated proposal.
Does it work if the AI is busy or at capacity?
Yes. The free AI runs on a daily budget; if it is exhausted, the tool builds a clean proposal template from your form details instead, fully editable with the same PDF download. The tool always works.
Is my proposal data uploaded or stored anywhere?
Your form details are sent once to generate the document, and the proposal itself lives in your browser (it autosaves locally so a reload does not lose your work). When you unlock a download, or opt in to tips, we save your email and the project details you entered (project title, deliverable count, timeline and the price as a range) to personalise your KAZI setup. We never save your client’s name.
Can I set my price and currency?
Yes. Enter a total price and choose ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD or CAD. The investment table recalculates the total automatically with correct currency formatting, and you can add or remove pricing rows after generating.
