Understanding Kazi Plans & Pricing

Kazi offers flexible pricing designed for freelancers at every stage. Whether you are just starting out or managing a full client roster, there is a plan that fits.

Free Plan

The Free plan gives you access to core features including invoicing (up to 5 active invoices), project management (3 active projects), basic CRM, and limited AI agent interactions. It is a great way to explore the platform before committing.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan unlocks everything: unlimited invoices, projects, and clients, advanced AI agents with premium models, workflow automation, content studio, analytics dashboards, and priority support. Pro is billed monthly or annually (with a discount for annual billing).

What Counts Toward Limits

On the Free plan, limits apply to active (non-archived) items. Completed and archived invoices and projects do not count. AI interactions are counted per calendar month and reset automatically.

Upgrading and Downgrading

You can upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings > Billing. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep Pro access until then.
