Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management happens in Settings > Billing. Here you can view your current plan, update payment methods, and download past receipts.

Viewing Your Current Plan

The billing page shows your active plan, next billing date, and a summary of your usage (invoices created, AI interactions used, storage consumed). If you are on Pro, you will also see when your plan renews.

Updating Payment Methods

Click Manage Payment to update your credit or debit card. Kazi uses Stripe for secure payment processing — we never store your full card number. You can also switch between cards if you have multiple on file.

Downloading Receipts

Every payment generates a receipt that you can download as a PDF from the billing history section. These receipts include all the details you need for tax purposes — amount, date, description, and your business information.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel, go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted — you can reactivate Pro at any time and pick up where you left off.
