Kazi is built for freelancers worldwide, with comprehensive currency and payment method support.

Supported Payment Methods

For your Kazi subscription, you can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For client payments through the invoice portal, Kazi supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfers — all powered by Stripe.

Currency Support

Kazi supports over 135 currencies for invoicing. You can set a default currency in your profile and override it per invoice. Exchange rates are displayed for reference but Kazi does not perform automatic conversion — each invoice is issued and paid in its specified currency.

Multi-Currency Invoicing

If you work with international clients, you can issue invoices in their local currency while tracking your revenue in your home currency. The financial dashboard shows aggregated totals with conversion notes so you always know your true revenue.

Stripe Connect

For receiving client payments, Kazi integrates with Stripe. Connect your Stripe account in Settings > Integrations > Stripe to enable the client payment portal on your invoices. Payments are deposited directly into your bank account on your Stripe payout schedule.
