Client Payment Portal

Every invoice includes a unique payment link. When your client opens it, they see a professional payment page with your branding where they can pay instantly via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH transfer. No account creation required — they just click and pay.

Automated Reminders

Configure automatic payment reminders that escalate in tone over time. Kazi sends up to 8 reminder levels, from a friendly nudge 3 days before the due date to firm notices for seriously overdue invoices. Late fees can be applied automatically based on your settings.

Invoice Types

Beyond standard invoices, Kazi supports estimates (that clients can e-sign to accept), credit memos, retainers, and recurring invoices. Each type has its own workflow — estimates convert to invoices upon acceptance, retainers track draw-downs, and recurring invoices generate automatically.

PDF Generation

Every invoice generates a professional PDF with your logo, itemized line items, totals, and payment information. Paid invoices show a "PAID" watermark, and overdue invoices show an "OVERDUE" watermark. PDFs can be previewed in-app or downloaded.

Product Library

Save your common services, packages, and rates in the Product Library. When creating an invoice, add items from the library with one click instead of typing descriptions and rates every time. Update a product's rate in the library and all future invoices reflect the change.
